It is a hard cup with a metal support at the buttom; it is based on the Victoria Secret Bras. The pictures above do not represent the actual size, they represent the shape and the design. This listing is for a "B" cup bra with a ribcage up to 36" (36" underneath the breast); it comes with three hooks on the ribcage band so you can close it at your desired size; the hooks can shorter the ribcage band by approx 2". All bras come with long starps so they can be adjusted to your excat mesearements.

The design on the shoulder straps is separated from the design on the cup and the ribcage straps, so they can be unsewn and changed with no damage to the bra. You can also unsew them from the ribcage straps and sew them around the neck. It is up to you.
