Return / Exchange Policy:
For all IN STOCK purchases:
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you do not love the order you received, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your item within 7 days of delivery.*
Please take note that all original shipping and handling fees are not refundable and a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price when returning a product.
All order returns must be initiated within 3 days upon receiving an item and must be shipped out within 7 days upon receiving your order.
Refunds can only be processed within 60 days of a purchase to the original form of payment, after 60 days to 90 days a refund in the form of a payment will be sent to only available PayPal account holders. For non Paypal account holders after 60 days, merchandise may be exchanged or refunded in the form of a store credit
How your money is refunded depends on how you made the original payment.
• If you paid with a credit card, the money is refunded to your card. If the card you paid with is closed or invalid, the money will still be refunded to your credit card account.
• If you paid with your bank or PayPal account balance, the money is refunded to your PayPal account. After you have received the refund, you can withdraw money from your PayPal balance to your bank account.
• If you paid using a credit card and your PayPal account balance, the amount paid by credit card is refunded to your card. The remaining amount is refunded to your PayPal account.
• If you paid using PayPal Credit, the amount is refunded to your PayPal Credit account.
• If you paid with a debit card, the amount is refunded to your debit card. If the refund cannot be applied to your debit card, it will be applied to your PayPal balance.
Refunds to credit or debit cards can take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved.
For all SPECIAL ORDERS (Custom Made):
All custom made orders can also be returned but only for a full store credit excluding original shipping and handling fees.
Please take into consideration that for any custom made order exchanges, an additional 4 to 7 weeks will be required to complete the new costume.
Refunds and Store credits: Please note that once we receive your returned item, it will take us approximately 3 to 5 business days to process your refund or store credit. Our sales department will notify you by email once your return has been processed and a refund or store credit has been issued.

*Any items listed as a "GREAT DEAL MUST GO" will not be accepted as a return and will only be sold as is.
*All DVDs and CDs are sold with a no return policy. We will not accept or exchange any returns on DVDs or CDs
